After-Hours Virtual Care with VetWise
Need help when we’re closed? We’ve partnered with VetWise to give you 24/7 access to Ontario Registered Veterinary Technicians by phone—free of charge. Call 647-695-5411 for guidance on your pet’s care. If a veterinarian consult is required, you can book directly through Smart.Vet’s secure portal (fees may apply).
During your virtual visit, a veterinarian may request photos or video to assess your pet, prescribe medications to save you an extra trip, and send their records to Leo Vets the next business day for seamless follow-up. If in-person care becomes necessary, VetWise will arrange and coordinate transfer to the most appropriate facility—with a reduced consultation fee when transfers are facilitated.
